He was predeceased by: his parents, John Haus and Ann Haus (Paczak); and his children, Lori Subotnik and Doug Subotnik. He is survived by: his former wife Carol Vito; his daughters, Lauren Spilka (Jack) of Streetsboro, Karen Smith (Terry) of Atlanta and Doreen Stanley (Ethan) of Cincinnati; his wife Irene Schumacher; his children, Greg Subotnik (Karen) and Amy Jacoby (Mike) of Zanesville; his grandchildren, Matt Spilka (Katie), Brett Spilka, Katherine Subotnik, Autumn Smith, Madison Smith, Annabel Stanley, Ethan Stanley, Benjamin Jacoby (Jojo) and Sarah Jacoby; and his great grandchildren, Camden, Mila and Baby Spilka.
