He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond P. Mills and Fern Francis Mills (Carrothers); his wife Carolee J. Mills (Merriam); and his sisters, Florence Hammer, Ella Barker and Virginia Heimburger.
He is survived by: his son Keith Mills (Melissa); his grandchildren, Thomas Lynn-Mills (Jennifer), Michael Lynn (Nicole), Matthew Schmitz (Amanda) and Peter Schmitz (Tiffany); and his great grandchildren, Owen Paul, Remi Rosemarie, Adalea, Alexis, Bella and Palmer (Barbara Parsons).
