He is survived by: his wife Pam Swinehart Booth; his children, Jody Carpenter (Ryan), Jayme Starkey (Shane) and Ted Porter (Kylie); his brothers, Dr. Jack Booth (Sandy) and Jon Booth (Marci); his grandchildren, J. P. Lichtner (Melissa), Alex Lichtner (Mandy), Drew Carpenter, Tyler Carpenter, Adyson Starkey and Jaycob Starkey; his great grandchildren, Elouise Lichtner, Maxton Bryan, Parker Lichtner and Cora Lichtner; his mother-in-law Patty Fry (Frank); and his siblings-in-law, Sue Sowards (Daryl), Betty Booth and Fredric Swinehart.
