He was predeceased by: his parents, Julia Belle Price (McBride) and James Edward Price; his brothers, Tim Price, Robert Price and Cullin Price; and his son-in-law Tim Barkley.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Price (Scott); his children, Shirley Barkley of New Concord, Bev Reese (Mike) of New Philadelphia and Ben Price (Rosa) of Cambridge; his grandchildren, Andy Barkley, Shane Barkley, Becky Redrup, Nikki Cook, Jesse Bennett, Candace Bennett, Lauren Bennett, James Curtis, Brandon Curtis, Kendra Colvin, Steven Price and Diana Price; and his siblings, Evelyn Tysinger, Julia McGath and Joseph Price (Mary Ann). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Guernsey County Veterans Council or Hospice of Guernsey County.
