He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph A. Wiechert and Betty J. Settles Wiechert Sr.; and his grandparents, Henry, Carrie Wiechert, Brice and Emma Settles.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Scott Wiechert; his children, Timothy J. Wiechert and Victoria L. Woods; his siblings, Rudolph A. Wiechert Jr., Gregory P. Wiechert, Judith A. Wilson, Jeanine A. Busey and Kristie A. Howard; and his pets, Lily and Blue. He is also survived by five grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
