She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Needham and Maude Needham (Dalton); her husband Arlis "Bub" Mayle; her daughter Monica; her grandchildren, Michael and Devon; her son-in-law Harley Tabler; and her siblings, Helen McCuen, Ethel Young, Emily Norman, Wallace Needham, George Needham, Ralph Needham Jr. and Donald Needham.
She is survived by: her daughters, Margaret Tabler and Dianna Barnett (Michael); her grandchildren, Tracy Stevens (Michael), Melissa Tabler, Erica Keith and Bryant Keith; her stepgrandson Michael Barnett (Brittany); her great grandchildren, Lakin, Caleb, Gianna, Blair and Brayden; her great great grandchildren, Seth, Charlie and Marcus; her niece Bonita Norman; and her cousin Bill Day. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
