She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl H. Harney and Minnie T. Webb Harney; her husband James E. Lowe; her brother Lawrence Harney; and her sister-in-law Ruth Harney.
She is survived by: her children, James Lowe (Dorothy) of Texas, Kathy Shaver (Mark) of Tennessee and Tamara Echols (Marty) of Columbus; her brother Harold Harney; and her sister-in-law Fonda Harney. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren.
