He is survived by: his children, Charles Lewellen (Joyce), David Lewellen (Tanya), Frank "Doug" Lewellen (Lori), Vickie Lewellen, Edward, Big Ed and Anthony "Tony" Lewellen (Julie); his grandchildren, Matthew Lewellen (Teisha), Kendra Eppley (Randal), Kayla Brown (Matthew), Austin Lewellen (Lacey), Eastin Lewellen (Sierra), Oshann Lewellen, Shania Lewellen (Jared Gonder), Mariah Lewellen, Makyla Lewellen (Shane Holbert), Laikyn Lewellen and Ashlynn Lewellen; and his close friend Velma Toole.
