He is survived by: his girlfriend Cindy Lyons; his mother Marilyn Kirby of Las Cruces, NM; and his siblings, Linda Kirby-Grose (Ron) of Las Cruces, NM, Terri Kirby (Dave Fruth) of Fostoria, OH and James Kirby Jr. of Las Cruces, NM.. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and many caring friends.
