He is survived by: his wife Crystal Miller (Castle); his children, Bryden Castle, Issaih Castle and Adam Hall; his siblings, Rose Corwin, Tammy Walker, Chuck Miller and Richard Miller; his parents-in-law, Ann and Tim Jacobs; his brother-in-law Randall Bolen (Cassandra Prater); and his close friend Mike Pritchard. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
