She was predeceased by: her parents, David Donald Sunkel and Violet Starr Sunkel; and her sister Judy Achauer. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Mauk; her sons, Steve Mauk (Sharon) and Eric Mauk (Kathy); her granddaughters, Alyssa Foster and Sarah Neuhauser; her great grandchildren, Jade Foster, Kole Foster, Oliver Neuhauser and Alexander Neuhauser; and her sister Penny Higgins. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
