He was predeceased by: his father Don E. Welsh; his grandparents, Donavon Welsh, Mary Margaret Welsh, Ralph Weaver and Mary Elizabeth Weaver; his brother-in-law Joe Snack; and also, His Paternal, Aunts and Uncles.
He is survived by: his wife Kim Welsh; his mother Nedra Welsh; and his sister Karen Colopy (Eric). He is also survived by 11 Nieces and nephews; 6 great Nieces and Nephews; as well as many other family and friends.
