He was predeceased by: his parents, John Starner and Betty Brewer Starner; and his wife Jackie. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Hoffman, Donnie Starner, Dusty Starner and Lisa Starner; and his siblings, John Starner, Kenneth Starner and Rose Harvey. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
