He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Bell Neff and Elizabeth "Betty" Catherine Ziemba; his granddaughter Angelica; and his siblings, Warren Neff, James Neff, Frances Fox, Jean Donley, Leonard Neff, Thadius Neff and Tom Neff.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Champagne Neff; his sons, John Augustin "Augie" Neff (Sally), James Ambrose "Bubba" Neff and Jerome Christian "Chris" Neff (Tara); his grandchildren, David, Tori, Wesley, Vinny, Luke, Carlie and Jake; and his great grandchildren, Liam and Kora.
Memorial contributions can be made to Christ's Table, Eastside Ministry or to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
