He was predeceased by: his father Deacon Leonard H. Cooper; his grandparents, Harriet Cooper (Stanley), Helen E. Norris (Singer) and Edgar L. Norris; his nephew Michael V McCoy (Spike); and his siblings, Inlaw Harry "Junebug" Garland and Inlaw Curly L. Cooper.
He is survived by: his mother Mary F. Cooper (Lisa); his son Jason Tucker; his siblings, Carmen R. Taylor (Dan), Leonard L. Cooper (Cindy), Deacon Robert L. Cooper (Shelly), Vanessa L. Booker (James), Sharon Brown (Rob), Robin D. Garland and Joey A. Cooper (Jockette); his godson David M. Cooper; his aunts, Sarah Cole and Josephine Gillard; his uncle Fred; and his close friends, Chris Brent, Terry Wooten, Spiker, Carl Myers, Michael Lee and Brent Harper. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, great nieces & great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Church of God Saints of Christ (516 Cliffwood Ave, Zanesville, OH 43701). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Woodlawn Cemetery (603 Pershing Rd, Zanesville, OH 43701).
