He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill F. Williams and Judith Darlington (Brubaker); his son Robert "Bobby" Williams; his brothers, Scott Darlington, Danny Darlington, Bryan Darlington and Bosser Darlington; and his close friend Art "Skip" Grindley.
He is survived by: his children, Michelle Carpenter (Vance), Jamie Williams, Daryl Williams (Lindsay), Dale Williams, Cory Williams, Lynn Galigher (Jerry), Phillip Williams (Amber Morris), Jennifer Williams, Ashley Williams (Zach Bruce) and Rachel Williams; and his siblings, Bill Williams, John David Darlington, Kim Darlington and Tink Bleakney. He is also survived by twenty six grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
