He is survived by: his wife Roxann Phillips (Williams); his children, Casey Phillips (Robin) and Josie Daniels (Dustin); his grandchildren, Bailey King (Michael Morosko), Caden Phillips (Hannah), Madison Phillips, Isabella Daniels, Charlotte Daniels and Dean Daniels; his great grandchild Harper Mohler; his brothers, Jimmy Phillips and Cotton Phillips (Katie); and his nieces and nephews, Chase Phillips (Sabrina Rice), Jack Phillips, Chancie Phillips (Trevor Millhone) and Emma Phillips.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Meadow Farm Church (6015 Coopermill Rd, Zanesville, OH 43701). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
