She was predeceased by: her parents, Loren Dobbins and Alice Dobbins (McNerney); her husband Billie Moore; her brother Michael Dobbins; her nephew Toby Moore; and her father-in-law Jimmie Moore.
She is survived by: her daughters, Niki Lake (Brad) of Newark, Tiffany Johnson (David Butler) of Zanesville, Tammie Thornhill (Robert Moore) of Zanesville and Bobbie Woodward (Valiant) of Hebron; her siblings, Tim Dobbins (Donna) of Zanesville, Alice Dobbins of Zanesville, Patty Payne (Roy) of Zanesville and Suzanna Dobbins of Zanesville; and her mother-in-law Minnie Moore of Somerset. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
