He is survived by: his wife Mary Paxton Smith; his children, Kevin Smith (Pam) and Ronda Smith; his stepchildren, Steven Ferguson and Tonya Scheffler (Justin); his siblings, Roberta Hollingsworth (Greg), Glendola King, Robert "Bob" Smith, Wreatha Clester (Roger), Joyce Gage (Danny), Elaine Roberts (Rex) and Donna Richards (Rusty); his close friends, Dave, Teri Klase, Mike, Sandie Janes, Craig, Janice Sigler, Evelyn, Brandon McKown, Scott and Molly Gussler; and his brother-in-law Stanley Ullman. He is also survived by six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, four step grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
