She was predeceased by: her brothers, Randy Archer and Mike; and her sister-in-law Nancy Snurr. She is survived by: her spouse Arnie Schlater; her children, Race Schlater (Bailee Hampton) and Samantha Kanavel (Wesley); her grandchildren, Colt, Briar and Annie Kanavel; her siblings, Tim Archer (Janet), Dan Newcome (Annette), Jodie Pape (Mark), Lucy Stephan, Lois Norris (Ken) and Merrill Rounds (Tom); her sisters-in-law, Robin Archer and Juanita Steur (Rick); and her children, Nick Roberts, Ben Baldwin, Mia Sterling and Seth Cotterman.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dresden Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home (714 Main St, Dresden, OH 43821). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made to Homeless Hands, 464 Schultz Drive, Zanesville, Ohio.
