She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Amos Bryan and Helen Wenzler Bryan; her husband Nelson Keith Hess; and her sister Sue Fulkerson. She is survived by: her children, Bryan K. Hess (Jay), Wendy A. Hess and Jennifer S. Hess Patthoff (Nick); her grandchildren, Ruby Patthoff and Nelson Patthoff; and her brother Thomas A. Bryan.
