He is survived by: his wife Mary Joan Hertenstein; his children, Mary Elizabeth Cooksey, Richard H. Cooksey (Debbie) of Zanesfield and Donald H. Cooksey (Melodie) of Zanesfield; his grandchildren, Christina Leigh Wallen (Sam), Andrea Lyn Peralta (Marcos), Abigail Lynne Cooksey and Dwayne Hobart Cooksey (Ashley); and his sister Gloria J. Henry (Donald B.). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
