He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommie H. Runion and Nancy Runion (Moore); his son Tate; and his grandchild Tatum Varian. He is survived by: his girlfriend Kerri Cane of Zanesfield; his children, Taylor Wright (Jordan) of Urbana, Kade Runion of Zanesfield, Kadie Runion of Zanesfield, Neve Runion of Indiana, Kyra White (Wayne) of Kentucky, Garrison Rogan of Zanesfield and Peyton Rogan of Zanesfield; his grandchildren, Mason, Owen, Ember and Zeke; and his sister Kristina Runion-Misplon of Milwaukee, Wisconsin..
