He is survived by: his children, Kwyn Moffitt (Jack Somerville), Kara Pack (Troy) and Kyle Moffitt (Kristin); his grandchildren, Kevin Culp (Julie), Kayla Culp, Shawn Culp, Nathan Pack, Sarah Pack, Tess Somerville, Alison Somerville, Kaylor Moffitt and Jackson Moffitt; his great grandchildren, Brandt Culp and Logan Culp; his siblings, Margaret Ann Gerrietts and Keith Moffitt (Betsy); and his brother-in-law Jim King (Nancy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
