Shafer (Watkins); his sister Carole Menelsohn (Lenny LaSala) of Naples, Florida; his stepsons, Stanley 'Ike' Shafer (Cathi) of Worthington and Jeff Shafer (Vicki) of Port Charlotte, Florida; and his stepgrandchildren, Raymond 'Skip' Shafer, Rose Ann Zarling, Kristie Royer (Larry), Monte Shafer (Carol), Aimie Fry (Steve), Stan Shafer (Jerrie), Vikki Arseneau (Dale), Si Shafer, Cara Knight, Michael Shafer (Sara), Cody Shafer (Katie), Kevin Shafer, Michelle Matthews (Jonathan) and Candace Coggins (Alan). He is also survived by great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
