She is survived by: her spouse Warren Scott Cushman; her children, Byron Cushman of Granville, Barbara Stout (David) of Newark and Patricia Simmons (Bruce) of Sharon Center; her grandchildren, Aimee Bell (Bryan) of Loveland, Susan Riley (Brad) of Newark, Tim Stout (Jamie) of Granville, Jennifer Rodriguez (Jonathan) of Kettering and Frank Simmons of Sharon Center; and her great grandchildren, Katie, Jack, Grady, Avery Bell, Abby, Ella, Leah Riley, Maddox, Marek, Mackson Stout, Kylan Rodriguez and Kensington Rodriguez. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
