She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Hall and Mollie Margaret Hall (Sloan); her husband Delmar Blair; and her brother Crate David Hall. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Dickman and Mike Ryan; her granddaughter Hanna Ryan; and her sisters, Helen Riley and Cleo Richards. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
