He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell Watson and Helen Marie Lockwood (Birt); his son Spicer; his grandsons, Timothy Justin Stacy, David S. Spicer II and Bryson Lee Stacy; and his brother Randy Lockwood.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Louise Davis; his children, Tara Lynn Joseph (Todd), Steve Lockwood, Thomas H. Stacy (Tracy) and Timothy E. Stacy (Amber Stiltner); his siblings, Judy Brady and Todd Lockwood; his pet Gunny; and his nephew Adam Thomas (Angie). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
