He is survived by: his wife Margaret A. Quesenberry Barlow; his daughters, Marlene (Jim Swingle), Mary (Jim Crabtree) and Hollie (Isaac Weiker); and his sisters, Leah Williams of Wellston, Debbie Ewing White of Florida and Tawni Cumbo of Columbus. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
