He is survived by: his children, Laraye Ellen Bay of Baltimore, Tracey Lee Harding (Timothy) of Lancaster, Larry Joe Bay Jr. (Jessie) of Zaleski and Shannon Paul Bay of Zaleski; his grandchildren, Bradley, Colin Bay, Austin Bay (Savanah), Tomas "Tommy" Hale (Emily), Joe Harding (Samantha) and Jordan Harding; his great grandchildren, Bardlin and Jasmin; his brother Kenneth Bay (Becky) of McArthur; his niece Lisa Bay of McArthur; and his siblings, Donald Bay (Nancy) of Georgia, Ruth Jividen (Charles) and Norma Graham (Benny) of Allensville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
