It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Zita Bogdan of Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on February 21, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas J. and Mary P. Ahmer (Ball); her husband Stephen Bogdan; her brothers, Cyril, Joseph, Charles, John and Thomas Ahmer; and her son-in-law Wayne Hiles.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joanmarie "Jo" Hiles, Theresa Collins (Joseph) and Kathryn "Kitty" Kassan (Robert); her grandchildren, Matthew Hiles (Kyleigh), Rachel Hiles, Joseph Collins (Loice) and Jessica Hawkins (Lawrence); and her great grandchildren, Christian, Shawn, Alyssa Hiles, Kaitlin Lewis, Larry and Maya Hawkins.
