He is survived by: his wife Vernell; his grandchildren, Carlos, Russell Lee, Brandon, Bryan, Antione, Sojourner Truth, Anthony, Micheal, Abram, Supreme, Y'se and Willie III; his sisters, Mollie Peavy of Youngstown and Luberta Tubbs of Girard; his siblings-in-law, Judy, Verneice, Ernestine, Laura-Ann, Roberta, Robin, Richard and Walter; his siblings, Mary "Stella" Alice McCall, John Moncrief, Nathaniel Moncrief, Thomas Moncrief and Leon Moncrief; and his brothers-in-law, Thomas Tubbs and Charles Peavy. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins.

Viewing was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Triedstone Missionary Baptist Church (2045 Jacobs Rd, Youngstown, OH 44505). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
