He is survived by: his wife Susan Hyland; his children, Deborah Montgomery (Glenn), Timothy O'Brien (Patti), Dan O'Brien (Michelle) of Youngstown and Lisa Zinnecker (Chris) of Overland Park; his grandchildren, Meghan, Michael, Ian and Conor; his sisters, Barbara Forte of Girard, Judy Sheridan (Mike) of McDonald and Monica Rothwell; and his friend Carole Damschroder.
