He was predeceased by: his parents, John Franklin and Frances Mabel Dennis Madison; and his daughters, Connie F. Madison and Kimberly Madison. He is survived by: his children, Debra Lynn Cochran of Warren, Ohio, William R. Madison Jr. and Brenda Lee Carder; and his brother Oscar Dean Madison of Florida. He is also survived by several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
