With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter Woods (Youngstown, Ohio), born in Connellsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 28, 2019 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George L. Woods and Stella P. Woods (Taylor); and his siblings, George Woods and Charlotte Brenner (Red). He is survived by: his wife Kathy A. Kent; his sons, Ronald S. Woods (Heather) of Brookfield and Walter W. Woods (Vicki) of Youngstown; and his sister-in-law Beverly R. Woods of Boardman. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and was expecting his first great grandchild.
