He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jenkins and Emma Coffer Jenkins; his brothers, Bennard and John Bell; his nephews, John Bell Jr., Dontae Napier and Ervin Hardy; and his niece Diane Bell.

He is survived by: his daughter Wajaeka Jones; his stepdaughter Shaunda Levy of Atlanta, GA.; and his nieces and nephews, Tony Bell (Yvonee), Charles Bell (Linda), Charlotte Bell of Youngstown and Angel Kelly of Columbus.
