She is survived by: her children, Jerome "Jerry" F. O'Hara, Jr. (Vicki), Diane O. Scott (Jim) of Catawba Island, OH and Denise O. Ayers (John) of Youngstown; her grandchildren, Carleen O'Hara (James Dynkiewicz), Kelsey O'Hara, Jennifer Nance (Deandra), Kimberly Nance (D. J. Crabtree), Nicholas Baker (Maria LaRocca) and Michael Baker; her great grandchildren, Ryker and Violet Crabtree; and her sister-in-law Clare Salata. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
