Vincent left this world on December 10, 2024 at the age of 87, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Mastromatteo and Carmela Mastromatteo (Laprocina); his siblings, Michael, Nicola Mastromatteo, Antonietta Mastromatteo, Lucille Merlo, Nicoletta Rinaldi and Santina Pagano; and his son-in-law Dr. Robert J. Orr.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Jean Packard; his daughters, Melina Orr and Eva Diaz (Mike); his grandchildren, Natalia, Olivia, Gabriella and Anthony; and his brother-in-law Peter Packard III. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (4545 New Rd, Youngstown, OH 44515). A Mass was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
