He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Delaney and Theresa Metzinger Delaney; and his brother Edwin Delaney. He is survived by: his wife Linda Durham; his daughters, Laurie E. Delaney and Theresa M. Delaney; and his granddaughter Megan S. Delaney.
