Phifer Jr. of Youngstown, OH, David Phifer of Youngstown, OH and Marvin Phifer of Youngstown, OH; and also Roy Phifer.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Victory Church (3899 McCartney Rd, Lowellville, OH 44436). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
