He is survived by: his children, Danielle Maker, Millissa Lamphere (Dave) and Jacob Suthers; his grandchildren, Rilyn, Bennett, Luca, Gabriel, Owen, Dawsyn and Rylee; and his siblings, Thomas Kolat (Nancy) and Susan Griffith (Larry). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
