He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Lubert; his children, Lisa Bowers of Portsmouth, Becky Snyder (Tim) of Campbell and Jamie Lubert (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Brianna Lubert (Jeremy), Bobby Lubert (Justiss), Trevor Lubert and Sadie Lubert; his great grandchildren, Adalynn and Brantley Lubert; and his brothers, James Bowers (Wendy), Richard Bowers, Greg Bowers and Gary Bowers.
