He was predeceased by: his parents, David E. Nugen and Lulu I. Nugen (Lepley); his brother Bob Nugen; and his niece Cheryl Ann Nugen. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen McClure; his child Tom R. Nugen Jr. (Jodi); his grandchildren, Tom III, Dominic, Emily Nugen, Hannah, Jessica Johnston and Sidney Price; and his sister-in-law Jane Nugen of Struthers.
