He was predeceased by: his parents, William McKendry and June Campbell McKendry; and his brother-in-law Donald Cornwell. He is survived by: his wife Diane Melesky; his daughters, Kate McKendry of Philadelphia and Laura McBride (Ryan) of Poland; his siblings, Suzanne Zadell (Frank) of Vermillion, Marianne Cornwell of Boardman and William McKendry (Jackie) of Michigan; and his grandsons, Colin, Patrick and Ethan.
