He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Hawkins and Flossie Mae Hawkins (Smith); his siblings, Mary Ella Hawkins, Norma Jean Neff, Marie Metz, Robert and Roy Hawkins; and his sisters-in-law, Marcella, Michie and Kathy Hawkins.
He is survived by: his grandson Nathan James Hawkins of Cortland; and his brother Donald Hawkins of Youngstown.
