He is survived by: his wife Noreen Devore Haas; his former wife Elizabeth Claire Vimmerstedt; his children, Kelly (Bob), Kim (Chris), Thomas II (Faith) and Trey; his grandchildren, Bobby (Allison), Alyssa, Christopher (Megan), Thomas, Bo and Sara; his great grandchildren, Sage and Leo; his siblings, Tim Dailey (Joan) and Debbie Withrow (Hal); his nephew Sean Withrow; his niece Hayley Wolfe (John); his great-nephew Wesley; and his great-niece Olivia.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Tom's memory.
