He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Habel and Eunice Habel (Frost). He is survived by: his wife Ann "Sunny" Habel (Fairheart) of Year's Eve; and his children, Col Gregg T. Habel, Sabrina Reinhardt (Scott) of Spencer, Ragine Baugher (Robert) of Southington and Raymond Habel (Carrie) of Copley. He is also survived by Fifteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
