He is survived by: his parents, Steven J. Kish and Mary A. Garwood Kish of Maine; his niece Ellen Miles (Jeremy); his nephew Zach Capps; his brother-in-law Johnny Capps of Summerville, SC; his uncles, Paul Kish (Red) of Poland and Joe Garwood (Arlene) of Massachusetts; his aunt Jane Allen (Kermit) of Maine; his cousins, Melissa, Mary, Gale, Westy, Amy, Sarah, Caroline, Chris, Claire, Kim, Paul and Connie; and his friend Tracy "Trey" Gross.
