He was predeceased by: his parents, William V. Pell and Elsie Beyer Pell; and his brother William Charles Pell. He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Pell and Kyle Pell; his former wife Vickie Pell of Transfer, PA; his close friend Patty Knable; and his sister Satona Harda of Youngstown, OH. He is also survived by nieces/nephews.
