We are sad to announce that on August 29, 2023, at the age of 75, Stephen Charles Liptak (Youngstown, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Liptak and Elizabeth "Betty" Liptak (Rivalsky); and his brother Thomas Liptak. He is survived by: his wife Deborah "Debbie" Basinsky; his brother Lawerence Liptak (Nancy); and his siblings-in-law, Joanne Liptak, Michael Basinsky (Nancy), Rebecca Crimmins and Mike Crimmins. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews as well as his many friends.
